There is no initial fee to open an account. On the Custom Plan, initial development for your first app within the agreed scope also has no upfront fee. For all plans, billing starts on the contract signing date with a 1-year minimum commitment.

Consult About Operations & DevelopmentDisplayed prices are starting estimates. Official pricing (including tax handling), development scope, usage limits, and separate fees will be provided in a pre-contract quote. Apps in pilot testing have different provision terms than generally available apps.
Important Information Before Signing a Contract
- Start of Contract & Billing
- Billing and the minimum contract term (1 year) begin on the contract signing date. You can use the workspace and available general-purpose apps immediately after signing.
- Scope of Improvements
- Minor improvements up to 3 hours of work per month are included. For work exceeding the time allowance, major feature changes, or additional development, we will consult with you on scope and cost in advance.
- AI Limits & External Service Fees
- AI features have per-app usage limits. External service fees for AI, email delivery, maps, etc., are separate from the monthly fee. Limits and costs are explained before contracting.
- Renewal & Cancellation Notice
- The minimum contract term is 1 year. Contracts renew or terminate at expiration. If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 1 month before your desired end date. Renewal terms are provided before contracting.
- Cancellation Under 1 Year
- If you cancel within the minimum contract period, we may bill for the custom app development fee that was waived as an initial cost. Applicable conditions and amounts are explained before contracting.
- Data After Contract Termination
- After the contract ends, access to the workspace is suspended and data is deleted. Deletion timing and handling policies are explained before contracting.

General-purpose apps are available immediately after signing. Depending on scope, custom apps can sometimes be deployed in as little as 2 weeks. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are estimated in advance based on development scope.
